  4. Finalizing the Partnership: Once the budget and renovation details are agreed upon, we’ll finalize the management agreement to solidify our partnership.

  5. Property Onboarding: We handle everything from adding your property to our website to interviewing and vetting future residents. Our goal is to make the onboarding process as smooth as possible.

  6. Launch and Celebrate: With everything in place, we’ll welcome your first residents and watch your property flourish as part of a thriving, supportive community.
